Let me briefly explain how the Korean language classes are conducted at han-yak!

Purpose of the Classes:
Do you know the meaning of han-yak?
It's a word combining "han," which first word of 한국어(Korean),
and "yak," which means talking or chatting in English.
So, it's all about chatting in Korean.
Just like "han-yak" refers to traditional Korean medicine prescribed at oriental clinics.
Through our classes, we aim to provide effective
and enjoyable lessons for improving Korean language skills,
just like the effects of traditional Korean medicine.
If you fall into any of the following categories,
you will definitely be able to confirm
the enjoyment and remarkable improvement in your Korean language skills
through these classes:
- Those who want to engage in small talk with native Koreans.
- Those who want to have conversations with Koreans like talking to friends.

Class Structure:
Our classes are conducted entirely in Korean.
The lessons are tailored to your interests
and involve the use of various words.
If there are specific words, sentences, or expressions you want to learn,
feel free to let us know during the class.
We will provide
pronunciation correction,
explanations of similar but different words,
and especially the nuances of each word.
We will teach you five essential words in each lesson.
Teaching Method:
Our goal is to enable conversations
even without nonverbal communication such as facial expressions or gestures.
That's why we conduct the lessons via phone calls instead of video calls.
(We will soon open video lessons for beginners and those at the basic level.)
The lessons take place through Skype voice calls.
Payment Method:
Both the trial lesson and regular lessons are paid through PayPal.
Please make sure you have a PayPal account before applying for the lessons.
If you have a PayPal account, we will send you the payment link.
Once you make the payment according to the amount, you're all set!
If you are living in Korea,
we will provide you with alternative payment methods.
Please consult with us through Instagram.
Preparation Before the Class:
1. Please install Skype.
2. We will contact you at the scheduled time for the lessons.
If we don't get in touch with you after 10 minutes from the agreed starting time,
the lesson will be considered canceled and deducted from your lesson count.
4. If the PayPal payment is not completed by 1 hour before the first lesson, the lesson will be canceled.
5. Please complete and submit the questionnaire before 1 hour before the first lesson.
